✨ Return to Radiance 💖

Hi Reader,

Not too long ago, I was so burned out I didn’t recognize myself.

The couch has a permanent dent from all the hours I spent there, binging show after show, zoning out, not thinking much about anything.

Every once in a while, I’d wonder: Is this just who I am now? Will I ever get my spark back?

Yoga, breathwork, and somatics played a big part in my revival. Not all at once, but over time, I started to feel brighter than ever.

Have you ever felt like that? Like you weren’t sure you’d ever shine again?

Or maybe that you’re ready to shine differently now? Like something new is trying to come through, but you’re not sure how to find the spark?

Lately I’ve been spending time with the yogic concept of prakāśa, which means illumination. The wise yoga teacher Patanjali writes that through the breath ( prāṇāyāma) “the veil covering the inner light is gradually removed.”

I love that. Not forcing anything. Just breathing.

I put together an online workshop I’m really excited about:

Return to Radiance (Prakāśa)

Wednesday, Nov 5 | 6–7 p.m. CT (on Zoom)

We’ll breathe our way into brightness with simple breathwork, gentle movement, and vibrant meditation.

You can sit on the floor or in a chair. Camera off or on. Pajamas totally welcome. (My inner light is super chill.)

Everything’s an invitation, not a requirement.
