October Offerings - OnlineWednesday, October 1 Self-Forgiveness: An Reflective Yoga Workshop 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. CT | Online (Zoom) A gentle, reflective space to soften self-judgment and reconnect with compassion. This yoga and meditation workshop includes gentle movement, breathwork, and journaling prompts.
Tuesday, October 7 Sleep & The Art of Detachment (Vairāgya) Workshop 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. CT | Online (Zoom) This workshop for sleep blends grounding meditation, Yin Yoga to release tension, and Yoga Nidra to quiet the mind and invite deep rest. Rooted in yogic wisdom of Vairāgya (detachment), it supports letting go of life's distractions.
